Time to think of mine too.

Btw, I don't think I can last to hold back and training for 6 months. Not only the boredom but also THE ONE race that we training for will carry too much of pressure. I simply don't like the pressure.

Next year, hopefully I will still enjoy myself for some HM/FM from time to time :)Neohhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04334750966815194986noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6252197520846896621.post-35522939393657653962012-11-14T12:25:41.391+08:002012-11-14T12:25:41.391+08:00I agree, trying not to sign up for races will take...I agree, trying not to sign up for races will take some doing :D But at the end of the day, I'd opt for better performance than running everything in sight.

Strangely enough, I haven't read the book yet but will do it soon. But it's good to focus on one race like SCKLM for your case and work towards it.
But you have improve lots! Keep at it!
BTW, have you read Chritopher McDougall's Born to Run? It's an inspirational book. A must read!francishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01108973236751201272noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6252197520846896621.post-38662938470601292012012-11-13T22:40:00.117+08:002012-11-13T22:40:00.117+08:00see you next year at SCKLM Nick...it's only 50...see you next year at SCKLM Nick...it's only 500 meters to finish line :) lolRaYzeefhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01213675416793110232noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6252197520846896621.post-26323252572650620322012-11-13T22:29:38.234+08:002012-11-13T22:29:38.234+08:00And all the best to your wife too! :)And all the best to your wife too! :)linahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17273605189937933589noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6252197520846896621.post-36734279730670342592012-11-13T22:29:11.893+08:002012-11-13T22:29:11.893+08:00All the best towards your aim in SCKLM 2013, Nick....All the best towards your aim in SCKLM 2013, Nick. :)

What are the two races you're doing? Parkcity & Malakoff?

For me, I think I just went crazy joining races these past few months too... I'll be more disciplined next year and try to incorporate training mileage together with the races I might ended up joining. ;plinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17273605189937933589noreply@blogger.com
